Disparate requirements for RAD54L in replication fork reversal. Previous and current research projects include an investigation of sub-pathways within homologous recombination DNA repair of double-strand breaks and elucidating the mechanistic details of one replication fork reversal pathway. Mollie plans to continue uncovering the mechanisms that maintain high-fidelity DNA replication and DNA repair in cells.
