Poster set-up will begin at 8:45am.

Please note, parking at the Africana Center itself is very limited. We encourage carpooling or taking the bus. The closest bus stop is Triphammer@Country Club Road.

Parking is available in A lot (approx. 10 minute walk to the Center.)

If you park in A lot, you will need to obtain a printable parking permit in advance or use ParkMobile upon arrival. (There is no charge for either method.)

Advance-Permit Parking (recommended):  You must have access to a printer to use this option. Visit https://cornell.clickandpark.com/event and select Weill Institute Summer Science Fest from the list of events. This will start the process to download a printable parking permit. When you arrive at A lot, display your printed permit on your car dash. NOTE: when going through the order process license plate information is not required.

Parking on Arrival: You can use ParkMobile to reserve parking for specific zones on campus. Choose A lot and select Weill Institute Summer Science Fest from the list of events. Follow the prompts to complete.
