Join the Center for Innovative Proteomics and Yu Lab graduate student Yu Sun in his discussion on how to quantitatively analyze DIA-LFQ data with and without missing values.

The CIP@Cornell Journal Club will hold discussions of scientific articles that present current proteomics technologies, tools and resources, and their applications in life science. Articles can be selected from a broad range of fields including but not limited to biology, bioinformatics, genetics, chemistry, biomedicine, nutrition, and plant biology.
