The Weill Institute Diversity Council is committed to developing and sustaining a culture of belonging for Weill Institute members of all identities at all professional levels. Our mission is to empower members of the Weill Institute community and foster a culture of inclusion and equity that not only welcomes, but also celebrates all identities of its members. This goal shall be achieved by increasing the diversity of the Weill Institute, particularly with recruitment and retention of individuals who have been historically underrepresented in STEM, community building events, and the development of resources to advance the educational and professional experiences of Weill Institute members and the broader Cornell community.
